The Problem
The customer needed to perform testing on biopolymer PEEK material used to manufacture medical device implants, to check the physical and chemical characteristics of the material before and after the injection molding process.
Our Solution
We support the customer in the definition and performing of necessary test like:
- DSC
- Karl-Fischer
- FTIR
To check the properties of the material before and after the processing. We define acceptance range criteria in order to assure the quality of the device and the final physical and mechanical properties.

Controlled injection molding process. Device fullfilling the defined functional and design requirement.
